To order:

For sweatshirts, fleeces and cardigans, specify size - either age 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12
Specify how many items and what sizes you would like. You can order items from Mrs Sherriff at the office (order forms are available or simply write down and hand to office), along with correct money.

You can email your orders via the school's email address, simply send the money to school via your child or bring it to the office in person.

Cheques payable to "Middleton Primary School PTA".

We endeavour to keep items in stock, however there may be times when items run out or there are delays from the supplier.

Other garments are available for sale on a fortnightly basis only, please see the catalogue on the PTA noticeboard (opposite the office) for further details. Orders for non-badged items can be made on a fortnightly basis.

We expect children to look smart and to wear “school clothes”. The school colours are green and grey and The PTA sell school wear.

We require children to have a T-shirt, shorts and plimsolls (contained in a drawstring bag) for P.E. and games. We strongly request sensible footwear and no ‘fashion' clothes.

Jewellery is not appropriate in school.
