Languages Day 2019

Last month Middleton Primary School celebrated "International Languages Day" with the help from parents, University of Nottingham staff and students from Bilborough College. Depending on their year group children learnt some French, Italian, German, Spanish, Urdu, Chinese, Arabic and even some Anglo-Saxon poetry. They also played some traditional games, sang some pop songs, had a look at some famous historical sites from all over the world and were able to ask students about their experiences abroad. Again a big thank you to all the volunteers who helped us to make this day an amazing one.
