RRS ambassadors visit Southwold

On Wednesday 28th January, our Y6 Rights Respecting Schools ambassadors visited our closest neighbouring school, Southwold Primary. Southwold are themselves on the pathway to seeking RRS status and we thought this was a great opportunity for children to collaborate and for us to share our experience of being an established Gold award school.  Our ambassadors led an assembly and then spoke in different classes about the importance of children’s rights to them and how we learn about and promote them at Middleton. It was a fantastic example of child-led learning and reaching out to a wider community about children's rights.
